WI:A failed Columbus expedition and no fall of Ming

What if Columbus' expedition fails and Ming does not fall what would be the consequences, as I know the obvious consequence is that no Koxinga and Brunei will remain very much powerful in Hesperonesia(OTL Philippines) but for how long..

Damm, two bipolar (?) PoD

I dont know anything about the Ming/Qing thing. Columbus failing leaves me thinking other, maybe Portuguese merchant captains, maybe Bereton fishermen, maybe some other explorer looking for Cipangu, will stumble into the western hemisphere within the century, or the next at the latest.

Meanwhile the Grenadans or Spanish are full of aggresive vigor. Lacking Aztecs to conquer do they embark on some sort of crusade against Morroco, the Franks, or whatever? How does the Hapsburg empire develop, if it develops at all, lacking gold & silver from the new world?

How are we getting both to happen? for No Colmubus if he and his entire crew are lost they might a western route to India as not worth effort that someone else could step in? As for no fall of the Ming are talking about the Ming lasting without a Manchurian invasion? Or by some luck they are beat off. Or are we going even further to prevent the Imjin War from weakening the Ming by not having it in the first place?
