When I'm browsing I'll regularly come across a member who looks banned and even has Banned under their username but they're still posting just fine? What is the reason for this? Or were these people just banned extremely recently?

There are a few folks who use Cyrillic letters in their header to make it look like a "B" as a joke.

The old board software gave people a usertitle of "banned", the new one gives them a blue banner (like the yellow "Moderator" one below my name) saying "Banned", and/or the username is crossed out depending on whether they've been moved to the Banned usergroup. A usertitle of "banned" with neither of those things means the person is messing around, as does any usertitle.
