Who is the King of Etruria?

The Kingdom of Etruria was a kingdom between 1801 and 1807 which made up a large part of modern Tuscany.
Louis, the son of Ferdinand, Duke of Parma, became King Louis I of Etruria in 1801.
Suppose Louis was not the King of Etruria. Who shall be the King of Etruria?

Etruria was created specifically to compensate the Bourbon-Parma dynasty for the loss of Parma. Etruria being given to another dynasty would require Napoleon to displace another large-ish ruler and for that ruler to be open to supporting Napoleon in the future. It would also require another bit of land to be carved out for the express purpose of accommodating the Bourbon-Parmas.

1801 is too early for Napoleon to think about setting up his friends and relatives on the thrones of Europe, and even he didn't have THAT many brothers-in-law.

Tl;dr: If it wasn't for a specific set of circumstances surrounding Luigi, Etruria wouldn't exist.

AFAIR there was talk of a kingdom of Northern Lusitania being carved out for the Queen-Dowager and her son as compensation for the loss of Etruria. However, Napoléon had gotten what he wanted from the Spanish Bourbons (the appeasement of whom had been the raison d'etre for the creation of Etruria in the first place).

AFAIK, at the same time as the queen's widowhood, Napoléon was pressing Lucien to abandon Alexandrine des Bleschamps and marry the queen in exchange for being given a crown. Lucien didn't bite and married Alexandrine in a clandestine ceremony which was then used to bar his children from the Imperial throne.
