If Capital Punishment in the United Kingdom lasted until the modern day for murder (as it stood before the 1957 law), who could have conceivably been hanged?
The only people who most come to mind right now are the Moors Murderers, Ian Brady and Myra Hindley. Also, the Kray Twins for the murders during the 50s and 60s, although there may be a campaign to reprieve them by some of their acquaintances. Peter Sutcliffe comes to mind as well, but a reprieve may be granted due to him being insane.
