Which Charted Company, the BEIC or the VOC, can survive to the modern day?

The Dutch East India company went bankrupt and defunct in the 1799

The British East India company survived for a while until the Indian Rebellion and it’s defunct in 1874

Which of here can survive to the modern day

The problem with the VOC (and for that matter the Dutch Republic) had been in decline for awhile. The Netherlands would need to overcome a lot of problems, as would the VOC itself, for the VOC to survive. Maybe endeavors in southern Africa and southeastern Asia could let the VOC survive a little longer, but the big question is how much time this will buy.

Both could, I mean the Hudson Bay Company is still around and it isn't that much newer than they are. Just need to have them diversify in the right way so that they have some sort of operation that could survive to the present

Neither could survive in eighteenth-century forms, but just like the Hudson Bay Company both could reverse their transformation into quasi-governments and return to being trading companies specialising in the Far East and survive to this day. Instead of being owned by Tata Tetley could in an ATL be a BEIC brand. Alternatively both companies also acted as banks at various points so they could follow the Jardine Matheson route of transforming into a bank to survive.

I think the BEIC has a much better chance as Britain continued to be a leading nation where as the Netherlands was declining. But even then the BEIC would not be able to survive in the same way as it had before the rebellion and its absorption into the British Empire. I don’t think they could have kept their armies and territories and would eventually change over time from a megacorporation to just another company like the Hudson Bay Company. Although it would be interesting to see a world a in which they did keep those armies and territories.
