Which Anglosaxon kingdom did London belong to before 900?

Did it belong to the same kingdom all the time, or was it occupied by various kingdoms at various times?

It's also worth noting that prior to the Vikings and Alfred's reconquest Saxon habitation of former Londinium was sparse and that AS London was outside the Roman walls at a settlement called Lundenwic (what is now Aldwich).
The city was reestablished as Lundenburh under Alfred's development programme that saw the Roman city and walls essentially rebuilt.

Was Roman London at the same place as City of London?

The modern 'City of London' is roughly where Londinium was - you can align the pics using Aldgate as a reference.
