What's the effect of a noncollapsed Russian Empire on the Treaty of Versailles

Assuming that the Russian Empire had not collapsed (perhaps the Brusilov Offensive is more effective and the Battle of Tannenburg never happens) how could they have altered the Treaty of Versailles for their benefit?

-Does the Tsar want a strong Germany left over to prevent liberalism from spreading across Europe, or does he want a crushed (perhaps even fractured) Germany so that it may never challenge Russia again?

-What is the Russian Empire's impact on the Turkish War of Independence, if the Allies win would Russia get Constantinople?

-Does the Tsar want his allies (Greece, Serbia/Yugoslavia, Romania) expanded even more than they were in OTL?

One thing that never would have happened is an independent Poland. Most likely German Poland (including Danzig and East Prussia) would end up Russian.

It results in a stronger Germany than OTL.

The British wont want French or Russian hegemony over Europe so will argue for a strong democratic (keeps the Americans happy) Germany which helps keep the Russians and French in check (of course they will argue that the new Germany doesn't require any sort of navy).

If the Russians do better than OTL then the war will be over sooner, perhaps by late 1916 (I just can't see the Russian economy lasting longer unless the Ottomans remain neutral/get knocked out early which could explain the Russian Empire emerging intact). In such a scenario the great slaughter on the western front is much reduced so the drivers to punish the vanquished isn't as promenant (although without the leniency of the US this could be debated). Or a similar deal to OTL reduceing the size of the German military with reparations but a less war ravished german and world economy let's the Germans make good the payments without the OTL hyper inflation and economic ruin.

Please explain how America not being at the negotiating table and Russia being there to back up the French plan for a dismemberment of Germany will ensure that Britain gets its way.
