What Would They Think?

Japan and Italy are two fairly interesting ones. They go from relatively weak states, to modern colonial empires, to losers in a major war, back to reasonable power status.

I can only imagine how UK and France react when they see that they have been allies for over a hundred years.

The most positive reaction could potentially come from Brazil. They don't certainly expect themselves to have 2 10 million+ cities, a strong position globally and a economy that, while not perfect, thrives. And lots of international prestige, especially in sports.

I suppose the first idea that came to Napoleon would be "Ah? That's good. Since when my descendants were made kings of England?"

He could still console himself with the fact that his code of law is one of the most influential codes on Earth. And that his bloodline survives and (in a way) still sits on a throne - the Swedish.
