WofSC=War of Spanish Succession

What do you think the Government of Spain+France would look like after a Victory in the WofSC.

I define a Victory as Spain retianing its European Empire, and Phillip V being King of Spain and hier to France.

Philip V would still be third in line to the throne, but assuming his father the Grand Dauphin dies as in OTL and his brother the Duke of Burgundy dies in the plague of 1712, he'd still be behind his nephew OTL Louis XV.

So a personal union between the two, while not unlikely, is still less likely than not.

Would Phillip V be first in line (or atleast after the death of his father), if the Duke of Burgundy died in his campign in the Spanish Netherlands? (This butterflies Louis XV)

Union of Spain and France

I think about a strong union between Spain and France. One king (King of France, Navarre and Spain) , still existence of parlements and cortes. Unique hiers. Common foreing policy.
