What would the flag of a communist USA look like?

Firstly, apologies if this isn't he right section of the forum - wasn't sure where else it could go.

Anyway - has anyone wondered what the flag of the USA would look like if the USA had become communist (or always been communist) at some point?

I've always imagined it would still look very much like the current flag it has now - only with hammers & sickles in place of stars.

What do others think?
