What would have happened to Jesus if Antony and Cleopatra won?

How would history transpire if Antony and Cleopatra were victorious in the Final War of the Roman Republic and managed to seize power in Rome? What would have happened to figures like Jesus? Would he still be crucified in this alternate world and what about other religions like the Cult of Isis?

I'm thinking about Anthony becoming only figurehead and Cleopatra is the brain who actually govern the Empire.

Herod, who is a friend of Rome, would be sacked, and Cleopatra ordered Egyptian priests to just pick a random boy to be raised as King of The Jews.

They picked Jesus.

King Jesus would be ironic

I think little would change, He would still be born, grown up and become leader of an Jewish sect.

However this could change dramatically the history of Rome, potentially no Constantine and no Constantinople, or Eastern empire.
With
the empire capital still sited in Rome the spread of Christianity could be limited without state sponsorship of the upstart religion.

Not be so sure... Actium was 30 years before his birth and Ancient Israel will start quickly to be affected by butterflies

Since Jesus is supposed to have been born during the reign of King Herod the Great he could have been born no later than 4 BCE, likely between 7 and 4 BCE, so the POD would have been 24 to 27 years before his birth. His mother Mary was still a teenager when she gave birth, likely no more than 14 to 16 years old, which would mean that she was born between 23 and 18 BCE, still 8 to 13 years before the POD and thus extremely unlikely to be born either ITTL.

Right, I was going with the conventional date but still the result so not change: first is unlikely who Mary will be born exactly as in OTL, second in no way Jesus would be born in Herod’s reign here.
Considering the relationship of Cleopatra with both Herod and his mother-in-law Alexandra is pretty unlikely who Herod will be able to kill Mariamne in 29 or remaining alive and in power at that date. So at the time of the OTL birth of Mary is pretty likely who the ruler of Jerusalem will be Mariamne’s eldest son Alexander under the regency of his grandmother and/or mother.
That also would imply a restauration of the Hasmoneans as the Royal family would be composed only by Herod and Mariamne’s four child (two sons King Alexander and Aristobulus and two daughters Salampsio and Cypros, the latter likely with a different name) as Herod’s brothers, his sister Salomè and his eldest son Antipater will be removed by the power and Herod’s younger child will never be born. Plus none of the four royals will ever marry a paternal relative unlike OTL so we have a totally different Royal family (and dynasty) in Jerusalem at the time of the OTL birth of Jesus.
