What would have happened if Napoleon won the war and if he lived up to Jeanne Calment's age? (122)

Extremely implausible that he would had lived so old even in modern day. Very few people have reached age of 120. If you haven't then meant this be in ASB.

Most people who lived extremely long lives usually have calm dispositions and (for the most part) tranquil lives. Does this sound like Napoleon Bonaparte to you?

I imagine that he would be quite calm once he is finished conquering the world by 80.

Borderline ASB, especially with 19th century medical technology. Men biologically live shorter lives than women, hence why only seven men are known to have lived to 114, while over a hundred women have lived to that age. Further, Jeanne Calment is an outlier statistically, and modern science believes it's highly unlikely any woman will live to her age any time soon (only one woman has lived past 117 aside from Calment, and she died at 119). For a man to do so, that would be the equivalent of a woman living to her 130s, which modern science believes is impossible without advances in medicine.

Looking at male centenarians, most don't do much past age 100. After another 30-35 years, Napoleon would retire for good, and probably rarely leave his home. He'd be very important for advice and remain a powerful political figure (even if he never held any political office) due to influencing elections and the careers of younger men. He'd no doubt have interesting perspectives on basically everything in his later years. By the 1870s, his health would be failing (he'd be blind, suffering some sort of dementia, unable to move), and he'd almost certainly die in his mid-100s in the mid-1870s. A 19th century male supercentenarian, while they probably existed, lived lifestyles far different from Napoleon, and a 19th century male centenarian is already when you live a lifestyle like Napoleon is pushing ASB.

Geert Adriaans Boomgaard lived up to 110 years and he served in Napoléon's army, though he probably had a less stressful life than Napoléon.

Him had surely more peaceful and stress-free life than Napoleon. Napoleon would had deal with several governmental issues, rebels and foreign hostilities. And perhaps Boomgaard had better lifestyle and genes. But still 120 years old Napoleon is borderline of ASB.

ASB?

Since you are a relatively new member I will explain that it stands for alien space bats, a term coined by someone on the old alternate history Usenet group for something that is impossible unless alien space bats were to intervene and cause it to happen.

It is amazing how many men versus how many women have lived past 114. There was also a woman who was pretty much confirmed to have lived to 120 in the United States but black people did not get birth certificates when she was born. Everything else from what I remember confirmed it to be true, as she only died within the last decade.

However, that exception simply tests (what proves the rule really means) the statements on here that it is extremely rare and that there might have been male centenarians centuries ago but that they would have lived more tranquil Lifestyles and not been known or recorded. A member of Napoleon's Army can live to 110, out of the probably millions of men who served under Napoleon or his enemies during the Napoleonic Wars. Napoleon, not so much.

Good old Alison Brooks. An intelligent woman with a beautiful mind who died too young.
