Jackson was strongly against actions against what he saw was legitimate federal power (his reaction to the nullification crisis). On the other hand he was a slaveholder and had no brook for abolition. IMHO he would have been just fine with continuing slavery, the Dredd Scott decision etc. When it came to slavery and the other issues that brought about the Civil War (tariffs, infrastructure improvements like canals and railroads encouraged by the government and more) he would have been on the side of the south. I can't see him as a supporter of the fire eaters, OTOH if he saw the federal interference in "states rights" as egregious he might have supported secession.
Of course living to 92 to be there when the ACW started would have been quite something for the time. Of course, as President Cheeto believes, his ghost was there and had some strong opinions - many years later the ghost of Andrew Jackson would enter the body of Rodney King and inspire him to make the Jacksonian declaration "why can't we all just get along". This was the mantra of Old Hickory as we all know, unless of course you were a Native American, or someone who insulted his wife, or....
