What would be the national anthem of an independent Lower Canada in 1837?

Let's say the Patriote Rebellion succeeds in 1837. For the purposes of this, it doesn't really matter how, it just matters that Lower Canada is independent. What would some possible national anthems for the new country be?

Le Canadien

Our institutions, our language, our rights.
Whereas we can no longer suffer,
the repeated violations,
of our most dearest rights.

The people of Lower Canada,
Put down a Government,
Which hath abused the object,
And intention for which it was created,
And to make choice of that form of Government,
Which shall re-establish the empire of justice
Assure domestic tranquility,
Provide for common defense
Promote general good
And secure to us,
The advantages of civil and religious liberty.

We declare that from this day forward,
The PEOPLE OF LOWER CANADA,
are absolved from all allegiance to Great Britain,
And that the political connection between
That Power and Lower Canada, is now disbanded.

And that a republican form of Government,
Is the best suited for Lower Canada,
Which from that day,
Declared to be a REPUBLIC.

This is based off of the newspaper title and motto of, Le Canadien, a French language newspaper published in Lower Canada from November 22, 1806 to March 14, 1810 and a shorten down version of Robert Nelson's Declaration of Independence of Lower Canada, from 22nd February 1838.

Un Canadien Errant

Un Canadien Errant...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lEhDKZT9Jc

Un Canadien errant,
Banni de ses foyers,
Parcourait en pleurant
Des pays étrangers.

Un jour, triste et pensif,
Assis au bord des flots,
Au courant fugitif
Il adressa ces mots:

"Si tu vois mon pays,
Mon pays malheureux,
Va, dis à mes amis
Que je me souviens d'eux."

Ô jours si pleins d'appas
Vous êtes disparus,
Et ma patrie, hélas!
Je ne la verrai plus!"

Non, mais en expirant,
Ô mon cher Canada!
Mon regard languissant
Vers toi se portera..."

Je me souviens...

Figured that would get a rise out of you...;)

Haunting, though, isn't it? A Canadien version of Aloha Oe... speaks a lot to how thrilled the Canadiens were (and remain) about 1762...

I think you mean 1760 (the year of the capitulation of Montreal).
