If somehow the British were to take possession of a land in what we know now as Maine from the Treaty of Ghent after the War of 1812 and and later absorbed into the Canadian Confederation, what do you think it would've been called?

New Ireland would fit the theme of Britain's Atlantic Canadian colonies, and was even used OTL.

The borders might be different. Either Nee Ireland or New Brunswick would have all of the Madawaska, for instance.
