What would a Soviet Surrender look like?

Assume that the Germans capture Moscow, most of the important oil fields including Baku, Leningrad, and almost everything east of the Volga. The Soviet army is crippled or destoryed and the Soviet, or some sort of successor state, sues for peace, where would Hitler had set the new border, what would it take for the Germans to take everything west of the Urals?

Some astonishingly lucky breaks. Others can explain it better than I, but basically, they couldn't afford a single mistake.

According to Speer and the Generalplan, the border would go along the Urals.

It doesn't make a great deal of sense to put the border anywhere else BUT at the Urals as it has to be defensible for the Germans - the Volga is not, nor are the Northern forests since there are simply too many ways to get across or through them. Only higher ground and associated fortresses would work. The only exception would be if the Germans were prepared to countenance the existence of barrier states, but other than Kazan I'm not sure what you could actually erect in this capacity ?
