What will happen to British's East Asian colonies had the "Unspeakable Sea Lion" been successful

We all know that Operation Sea Lion has a very low chance of success in practicality but lets assume that they had defeated all odds and took over the island nation during WWII, what would happen to the British colonies in East Asia? Would it go like real world's French Vietnam?

Examples of such colonies are Singapore, Malaya, Hong Kong, and so on.

Japan would grab them most likely. Assuming the US wins in the Pacific but Britain remains occupied, I think Hong Kong would be handed over to Chiang Kai-Shek. Malaysia would most likely get independence and maybe Singapore too (though it could be given to Malaysia, Australia or the British government in exile instead).

Hitler possibly insists the British continue to administer their empire, so that they can supply the Nazi war machine with raw materials such as rubber and tin. Maybe he tells them to be nice to the Japanese when it comes to trade.

That implies that Britain surrendered like the French.
This thread was in the post-1900 forum, not the Alien Space Bats forum, at the time I made that post.
The UK government panicking and 'surrendering' at the threat of an invasion or in the first ten minutes of one is as far as I can make out probably the best odds Hitler has at a 'take over'.
There are dozens of threads on this forum analysing why this is the case.

The rest of the colonies & dominions get together and kick the UK out of the British Empire?
I'd assume something like that. It was already a close call for France for example.
You had everything on the scale from full collaboration (the Caribbean if I recall) to siding with de Gaulle and everything in between. A lot of colony governors kept administrating as before without really looking at what the metropole was doing.
Of course for France, there was the issue of loyalty. Do you go with what you think the values of France are, in which case you follow de Gaulle, or do you keep true to your oath of loyalty and side with what you see as the legitimate government, even if you disagree with it?
