What territorial changes could you see in an early CP victory?

I'm currently writing a scenario that would evolve the Netherlands joining the Central Powers and because of that Germany is able to capture Paris in late 1914, and win against Russia in mid-late 1915.

Against France, what sort of territorial changes would be realistically taken in both Europe and colonial wise?
What land would the Netherlands want? Could they gain any colonies from France? (I'm thinking mainly in the Americas with French Guinea, or possibly some islands in the Caribbean) I doubt that England would be willing to give up much of anything land wise which is why I'm sticking with the French.
Against Russia, What land for Austria-Hungary and Germany?
If France and England are at peace would the Ottomans declare war against Russia? Could the campaigns be successful or would they fail like the Caucasus mountains campaign did IOTL?

Probably not much, mostly border changes like Briey-Longway to Germany, perhaps the Grand Courroune (sp?) near or including Nancy. Front slope of the Vosges. Maybe some colonies. For A-H they wanted nothing other than to puppetize Serbia to end that threat. If Bulgaria joins in then it gets Macedonia. The Hungarians wanted no more Slavs in the empire, so no eastern gains. In terms of Germany in the east I don't think they wanted much or planned to get much, but if they occupied it they'd take Poland and Lithuania, no more. They'd set them up as independent kingdoms with a friendly monarch, probably Poland with a Habsburg who inherits Galicia so that Congress Poland and Galicia are united under a Habsburg cousin to the royal family. Germany would put a German monarch in charge of Lithuania, not sure if that would be a Hohenzollern though. That is really about it other than some border forts that have to be destroyed, perhaps limited reparations, and some military restrictions on the losers.

Germany: maybe the rest of Lorraine, Luxembourg and some small changes to borders in Africa.
A-H: Serbian government replaced with Hapsburg. Maybe annexation of Serbia?
Bulgaria: at best, the borders it held before 2nd Balkan War. Victory might come before they join, in which case they get nothing.
Ottomans: Return to 1914 borders. Maybe a tiny piece of land from Russia in the Kaukasus.
New puppet states: semi-independent Poland. Small state in the Baltic states region? Belgium becomes much more pro-German.

The Netherlands would probably take control of French Guyana and a couple Pacific and Caribbean territories, like the Windward and Leeward Islands, or maybe even French India and French Indochina (although that's pushing it really far). The German Empire would want expansion to their colonies in Africa, perhaps control of Morocco and parts of West Africa from the French and Belgium. It was always Kaiser Wilhelm II's goal to expand the German Colonial Empire. They might also attempt to take control of France's trade posts in India, or allied bases on the Chinese coast. Maybe the rest of Papua New Guinea.

As for Russia? Austria-Hungary was in no position to demand more territory, and they probably wouldn't have. By this point, they were having enough trouble with the ethnic minorities that made up the majority of their patchwork empire to extend their influence into Russian lands. Turkey, assuming they join the war (which they might not, but still), would want control of the Caucasus, which would give them, and the Central Powers, to the Caucasian oil fields. The Ottomans might even want the Crimea, but this seems a little unrealistic. Germany itself would probably annex Russian Poland, perhaps even parts of the Baltic, expanding their empire at the expense of that of the Russians. Even if they don't annex these regions, Germany would likely demand that Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, maybe even Finland and parts of Ukraine, be granted independence in the German sphere.
