What projection is the Worlda?

It's somewhere between Robinson and Kavraiskiy-7. When I did my research, the closest I found was Kavraiskiy with the last 8° or so at each pole cut off.
The objective way to find out is to render a map using g.projector (no import map, use the coast/border/grid outlines internal to the program). Export it to Robinson and again to Kayraiskiy-7 (remember to normalise the exported image to the width of the Worlda), then use your favourite image editor with transparencies and layers to overlay and compare them.
