What pagan religions could be turned into monotheism?

So, besides the Hindu and Islam-chat, anyone have any more ideas I could use for a reformed-pagan-gone-monotheist religion?

The Iranian religion could spawn another religion, other than Zoroastrianism.

Zurvanism? It might be an acceptable candidate. By the way, the Sabians of Kharran, who probably whorsipped a solar deity of some kind, were considered by the Muslims as being monotheistic.

Let's go a bit crazy here: how about New World religion? Could the Aztek, Maya or Inca (or any other tribes in the area, those are just the only proper polytheistic ones I'm aware of) spawn a monotheistic religion somewhere down the line, and what impact would that have on pre-Columbian America?

The Viracocha cult in Peru seems to have been in that course before the conquest, but the info are mostly filtered through Christian sources.
Also, there was some evidence that Nahua thinkers were developing a more "philosophical" approach to their religion, as shown in the surviving writings of Nezahualcoyotl of Texcoco and some other people. Maybe Quetzalcoatl may be seen as a more Christ-like figure.

Studying up on the Sabians a bit on Wikipedia, I like this idea the most. I'm asking Leo about this right now (he's the go-to guy on the Middle East, especially obscure Middle Eastern religions), and if he has any info, then I'll start a TL on the Sabians rising to become a powerful force.
