What other countries could have become part of the Western Bloc?

With a POD after June 6, 1944, what other countries could have become part of the Western/American Bloc and why? Bonus points if they join the Western Bloc via domestic capitalists winning elections or civil wars as opposed to the Americans marching there first.

A China where the KMT won, for starters. Also, a capitalist "Republic of Czechia/Bohemia" in a scenario where Patton reaches Prague before the Russians?

If Finland goes as communist, Sweden might join to Nato.

If things go differently in Yugoslavia or it breaks up before end of Cold War, at least Slovenia and Croatia might be on Western Bloc.

India if it goes different political path.

Czechoslovakia was already straining towards the West OTL before the Soviets went "lol nope" by denying the Marshall Plan and then helping with the 1948 coup. With some PODs it could be possible but I find it hard to see the Soviets tolerating such a salient in the Eastern bloc.

My idea of Patton reaching Prague first?

Well, they can declare that where Soviet and American forces met could be the border?
Perhaps. But I'd imagine Moscow would be peeved about that since the lines of occupation had supposedly been settled, which would have butterflies not just in Europe but in Asia as well (the US wanted to keep the Soviets happy to help absorb casualties in finishing off Japan).

Maybe Yalta conference goes differently?

Are we talking "vaguely pro-US" western block or "part of some actual treaty group" western block?

Yugoslavia was formally allied to two NATO countries and under the US nuclear umbrella, one wouldn't need too many butterflies to have Tito's Yugoslavia "officially" become just the "Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" and join NATO.

On a similar note, if Franco "officially" drops Falangism Spain can easily join NATO.

Also if the Commonwealth is more relevant (and there's more benefits to engaging with it) most of Britain's colonies will probably end up in the "western block" rather than firmly non-aligned or vaguely pro-soviet.

What about Iran if the Shah was never overthrown. If I remember correctly Iran did in fact had relations with Israel when the Shah was still around.

Possibility of maybe Latin American countries like Brazil, Mexico, Chile or Argentina join as well? I mean later on or something.

India could have been part of the western bloc. In fact, it even provided aid to the west in the Korean War. Nehru felt that the US was one of the first country to break away from the "Britishers", so naturally he felt some affinity to them. However, the US didn't reciprocate those feelings, instead allying with Pakistan. If the US reciprocated India's feelings, I suspect we'd be talking about an India aligned to the US rather than the USSR.

Or even an unpartitioned India, for starters.

Could first prime minister be someone non-leftist instead Nehru?
