What Muslim (but non-Ayyubid) leader could take over Egypt after the 3rd Crusade?

As says on the tin.

I'm not looking for a Fatamid restoration or anything, just musing on how the Levant would look if the Ayyubids failed to (re)establish control in Egypt and were nothing more than a disunited collection of princedoms (emirates?) in Syria.

Is this even feasible? I don't really know who would have been able to attempt to take over - the overwhelming majority of what I know on the Third Crusade era is from the Western side.

Could Shawar, the Vizier of Fatimid Caliph, decide that he no longer wants to be just the power behind the throne but sit on the throne of Egypt? It's not like it would make a wad of difference if he decides the Caliph is expendable and he takes power for himself as Emir or Sultan. He could had also betrayed the Zengids in their brief moment of alliance.

There's one of Shawar's lieutenants, Dirgham, but there's practically nothing mentioned about him.
