What lands could the Habsburgs get if they didn't get Bohemia?

So, this is something I've been considering for a timeline. What would be the best possible POD in order to ensure that Bohemia remains under the control of a seperate dynasty to that of Hungary? My idea is that the Habsburgs get Hungary, but not Bohemia, and perhaps they get other lands as well. Is this possible? How would one achieve this? What other lands could the Habsburgs get for themselves other than Bohemia?

Same question if the Habsburgs get Bohemia but not Hungary

Mathias Corvinus' son John Corvinus became the king of Hungary. So pathetic Vladislav Jagiellon reigns only in Bohemia. Later he and his equaly pathetic brother Sigismund of Poland still could make a pathetic deal with the Habsburgs, similar to the OTL "First Congress of Vienna". Louis Jagiellon could die heirless, and Bohemia goes to the Habsburgs.

That works for me. What could the consequences of this be?

Sigismund became defetist after fall of Smolensk in 1514. Before it happened he supported anti-Habsburg fraction in Hungary, represented by Zapolyas.

The Habsuburgs get Bohemia, a rich, well developed country with an electoral vote. A fate of Hungary sadly isn't much diffrent than in the OTL, still falls to the Turks. Only hope that John Corvinus or his hyphothetical heir is a great ruler akin to Mathias Corvinus and manage to create a well organized, centralized country with a well trained and disciplined army, which can defend Hungary against the Turks.

With a fall of Hungary there is a question about a partition of this country similar to the one from the OTL. Probably there isn't any habsburg Kingdom of Hungary, but what about the Transylvania? Could the Turks get all Hungary? Or still creating semiindependent vassals?

Semi independent vassals seems likely
