What kind of Brest-Litovsk Treaty will we see if Falkenhayn isn't replaced by Hindenburg and Ludendorff*?

Would the B-L Treaty in this TL have been lighter? If so, how much lighter would it have been?

Any thoughts on this?

*This might be accomplished if Kaiser Bill puts his foot down and refuses to fire Falkenhayn after the German failure at Verdun.

According to N Stone, Falkenhayen had a better grasp of modern war than H&L, so if he stayed in position its possible that 1917 would see better results for Germany. I don't know if EF would have created the Silent Dictatorship like H&L, so political power would be more in the hands of the politicians who would have different aims in the East compared to H&L. Putting these together BL might be less harsh because different people would be involved and it might occur earlier.

But without really gaming it out its hard to say with great confidence.

OK; understood.

Also, would a surviving Falkenhayn have resumed USW like H & L did?

In the early months of 1916, during EFs tenure as CoGS, Germany conducted 'intensified ' submarine warfare, a compromise between prize rules and USW. This was stopped as a result of the attack on SS Sussex.

Perhaps EF might have okayed another compromise intensified uboat campaign in 1917, before okaying usw proper. This might delay US entry for a few months, especially if combined with a klienkreig surface campaign from Flanders.
