What is FDR lived to end of his fourth term and was then elected for a fifth, 1949? How would he handle the end of the war differently from Truman, and how would he handle Post War 1940's? Would he be elected for another term?

He was elected to four OTL. The term you’re looking for is fifth

In any event I can’t see him being a reelected in 1948

I just don't see him running again in 1948, and if he did he would be defeated. People were willing to accept a third and fourth term because of World War II--the justification FDR himself used. Seeking a fifth term will simply be seen as a vindication of the anti-FDR charges that he aimed at dictatorship, a presidency for life, etc. (He would also be more vulnerable than Truman was to attacks on Yalta, "softness" toward Stalin, etc.)

So if did manage to would he not be big on nuclear weapons, and perhaps the cold war might be less cold, or just start later after FDR?

I actually think FDR might take at least as hard a line toward Stalin as Truman did, and maybe earlier, as Robert Dallek argues: see my post at https://www.alternatehistory.com/fo...-to-see-the-end-of-wwii.430534/#post-16027413 But he would still be more vulnerable than Truman on the Communist issue because of his earlier policies (or at least public perception of them). Samuel Lubell has noted that one key to Truman's victory in 1948 was his strong showing among Catholic voters, some of whom had started to turn against the Democrats on foreign policy in 1940 and 1944.

But once again I think it unlikely he would even seek a fifth term.

I just can't see FDR winning '48 election. Americans just don't accept that someone would be president several years without resignation. Hardly even Democrats want him be president-of-life. And even if he manages get candidacy and win the election he probably would handle Korea worsely than Truman.
