what if... ww2 output if the nazis weren't (so) antisemitists

(This is my 1st post and i'm french, sorry for the lack of savoir-faire...)

Who would had been the WWII winner if the nazis weren't (so) antisemitists (but still dictatorial, anti-communists, etc) ?

I see as an output:

- More jewish human resources available, as soldiers or (free) workers
- Help from jewish bankers other than forced
- Not all that waste of people, time, goods and energy called the Shoah

(the horror of the Shoah was not widely known before 1945, so I don't mention its barbary).

I think than being anti-communist and anti-Versailles should be enough to brainwash the Deutch volk... let's say Mussolini instead of Hitler as a furher...

What is your opinion ? Is it enough to win ?

There have been threads about this before, actually (with varying degrees of less antisemitism applied, up to being actually jew-friendly). The general idea seems to be it wouldn't be enough.
Whether it would cause a nuclear bomb to be dropped on Germany is another matter- while Germany might drag out the months more that might make that an attractive option given an OTL Trinity, it is possible that the nuclear bomb itself is delayed a few months.
And, of course, the effects on the fronts might not be equal for all fronts, which could have effects of its own on the wartime negotiations regarding the post-war situation (say, the Soviets being comparatively worse off to the Allies than they would have been in OTL at Yalta).

And if antisemitism isn't forced on Italy, Fermi may not leave Italy. Not sure what the effects of this all are on Manhattan.

Anyone have an estimate on the cost of the final solution ? I think it began is 1942 when the war was undecisive...
