So, instead of being replaced by the more fanatic Nazi Ribbentrop what if Von Neurath had managed to retain his position as Foreign Minister of Nazi Germany? For the sake of this scenario say Blomberg and Fritsch had a bit more success in convincing Hitler or that he was able to avoid the connection between himself and them. Would he be able to prevent World War Two from happening? What different political decisions would he make (for example will there still be a Molotov-Ribbentrop pact?). And overall will he be better in this position then Ribbentrop?

Personally I think he would have been better than Ribbentrop overall, what with him trying to tell others that Germany needed more time to rearm and whatnot, while also not being a fanatic means that he can probably have a clearer point of view on the relations between Germany and the other countries surronding it. But what do you guys think?

Any comments are welcomed!:)
