What if US invasion of Canada had succeeded?

In the Great War the United States invaded Canada, and despite initial success was pushed back. So basically what if the U.S had not failed?

Is this supposed to be a DBWI? By Great War, i think you're probably referring to WWI, so... i have no idea what you are talking about..!

Three options here:

1. It's a DBWI.
2. It's in the wrong forum and meant to refer to 1812.
3. I'm missing pages in my books.

Actually he is talking about Harry Turtledoves books. That is whu everyone is confused as it is an alternate reality belonging in a different part of this forum.

Sorry for the confusion, I've been looking at this board quite a while but I'm new. But the thread is indeed about World War 1 and in this scenario the US is on the Central Powers side.

Alrighty, we can work with that. Label it as a DBWI next time and there won't be any real confusion. Welcome to the board, by the way!

IC: The problem with the US in the Great War was just that they were being nibbled at on all sides. Fighting the Canadians in Maine and Washington, the British and Japanese in the Caribbean, Pacific, and North Atlantic. Not to mention when the Moro rebels in the Philippines seized the opportunities to make trouble. There was just too much going on. Hell, the whole deal started in Morocco, look at all the trouble we went to to supply our expeditionary force there even with the British breathing down Bangor.

Frankly, I'm surprised the Canadian offensive even held up until 1906.
