I think it depends on where the bomb in question is dropped--on a purely military target, on Pyongyang (sp?), or something even more significant?
Another thing to consider is how this will play in the US. I believe this will put a dent in any attempts at red-baiting, and McCarthy becomes less significant....
Or on the other hand America becomes more militaristic...and there are even MORE hunts for suspected Communists.
