What if the Spanish Flu outbreak [1918-1920] never happened, and could it have not happened? Presumably for it not to happen something has to change about World War One as this believed to the the cause isn't it? Would a shorter war have prevented it, perhaps Germany never marches thought Belgium and brings Britain and then the US into the war and so the war is quicker and end in a Central Powers victory, or is there a way for the allies to still win and the outbreak have not happened? What about future medical practices, would they change much without the epidemic? Would we be slightly between in healthcare? What do you think?
