What if the Soviets lost the Caucasus Oil Fields?

If the Germans had captured the Caucasus in 1942 how would that effect the Soviets fuel supply and war effort?

When they were threatened, the Soviets already dismantled the refineries and shipped the lot off to Turkmenistan where they opened new oil fields.

Its more a case of what does Germany gain at this point, than what does the USSR lose because its had time to put its contingeny plans into effect

There's a major thread around from earlier in the year about the oil of Baku where I quoted a lot of articles

They did not have pipelines or the infrastructure to get the oil and products that far. IF the Germans had been able to take out the oil fields by mid 1942 either by capture or getting close enough for the LUftwaffe to bomb them then the Russians would really have been up the creek without a paddle.
