What if the russians won the Battle of Mukden

What the title said.

I am intersted on opinions on what butterflies arise.

Especially, but not exclusive...

Do the Russians "win" the war even if Tsushima goes as OTL?

How could a peace treaty look like?

IS the IJA discredited to secure dominance of the IJN in the Japanese Military/politics?

Effect on Relations UK/Russia? (might Russia end up allied to Germany?)

Does Russia keep focussed on the Far East and have (less) interest in the Balkans? (possible better relations with A-H) (Extension of the big game?)...

Could the Great War be prevented? delayed? changed? especially changed alliances?

THX in advance...

Russia would probably won the war.
Japan had not enough "staying power" to keep protracted struggle. Without so many lost battles, revolution of 1905 would be averted.
