What if the Philippines has one more rebellious independent state in the spanish era

What if the Philippines has one more rebellious independent state in the Spanish Era in Luzon which survives even after the Spanish era, name it Irraya and it has the force of the Igorot warriors and also allied with the other independent states namely, Maguindanao and Sulu, what would happen to the Philippines would the Spanish try to pack their bags or just utilize what they could colonize

The problem with the pre-Hispanic Philippines is it is divided much like how the Russian principalities were during the Mongol Invasion. Spain played the politics well. No one from the pre-hispanic states played the military or the politics vs Spain well except for Lapu-Lapu.

The Pre-hispanic Philippines states were also cultured differently than Spain and Brunei.

Irraya had the same opportunities as the Spanish to rule Philippines much like the rest of the Philippines pre-Hispanic states. However, they never took advantage of the situation. Besides, Spain was here for conquest, Irraya was not driven for conquest nor their culture ever drove for conquest.

For feasibility, the closest thing you can have for a pre-hispanic state that can rule what is modern Philippines is Tondo. They are the only ones that have the money and resources to do it. But, they never had any motive to do it nor people ambitious enough to execute it.

This is probably true since pre-Hispanic states was more inclined to cooperation/coexistence than total domination which is quite the opposite of how Spain was cultured.
