It could have happened, the Hashimites had not rebelled much before the war.

If the Hashimites stick with the Ottomans through 1918, how does this affect the war and then the postwar?

This will deny us the story of Lawrence of Arabia, and make life easier for Ottoman garrisons in the Hijaz. But, I don't think the lack of Hashimite Bedouin allies will stop Allenby's campaigns to take Palestine, nor the invasion of Mesopotamia-Iraq through the Persian Gulf.

Your thoughts?

How "loyal" ?
- Just not rebel ?
or
- activly fight for the Ottomans/against the Brits ?

In the first case it would make things IMO a lot easier for the Ottomans and von Sanders to defend against the Brits already at/around Gaza.

In the second case it would make things a lot worse for the Brits, making their lines through the Sinai and to the Suez very hard to keep (if they would go for palestine under such conditions at all).

However. I don't think it would have much influence on the post-war situation, if the CP still loose overall. As far as I understood it the region was already divided up in ... treaties well before the allies successes.

Just my two cents.
I'va to admitt : I'm not very litertate to the war in the near east

It does not have that much of an impact.

It is not a war winner for the CP.

I am not aware of units transferring from Mesopotamia to Palestine for the Ottomans, so, Mesopotamia should go much to plan (OTL).

Seems like roughly a division was in what is now Saudi Arabia. So this unit/units are freed up. Might also get some helps from Arab irregulars. Depending on the skill these units are used, the result could be largely blocking British advances into Palestine to almost no effect.

The Saudis ask for British sponsorship and rally Arabs to their cause. The British have a slightly rougher go of it, but the Ottomans fall anyway and the Saudis are rewarded with the Kingdom of Arabia containing Jordan, a Kingdom of Iraq, and a Kingdom of Syria.
