What if the Anglo-Dutch Wars Never Happened?

That could make sense, because of the fact that the Dutch were really only there to make money.

Since the Dutch population was low and the desire for goods from tropical regions was bigger the desire for New Amsterdam was rather low. And their point is understandable as it did not offer them enough income.

Here is something:
Unless the Dutch start the colonisation as early as 1600-1610 era while the British fail in Virgina early the Dutch might have a head start. But in order to to control it they need more colonists. In this case they might use persecuted religious minorities from France, England and the HRE, offering land in the East Coast. The Dutch give them some autonomy in return they wave the Dutch flag in the colonies and are protected by the Dutch.

If the Dutch are surrounded by the British their North American Colony is really likely to be absorbed by the British.

No Anglo-Dutch Wars at all? Given the (grounded) rivalry and geographical proximity that's very hard. There is á possibility if the relations during the Rule of Cromwell isn't so bungled though.
