What if Sweden was not neutral in World War Two?

What if Sweden was not neutral in World War Two? Which side which they side with? They allowed Germany to use their resources however they also protected many Jews who fled Nazi occupied areas. So perhaps if they join the Axis they might be like Bulgaria and reused to hand over their Jewish population to Germany. Might this mean that the Axis relationships might be unstable and therefore the Axis do not work together that well. Might two Axis nations in Scandinavia, Finland and Sweden, anger the Soviet Union so much that they take both nations after World War Two perhaps even going as far as taking Norway or even Denmark. What would a Soviet controlled Scandinavia mean for the cold war and what would Scandinavia be like today, might they try and steer away from socialism, like Germany does with fascism, and Nordic Socialism does not exist, and perhaps as a result Scandinavia is not the happiest place in the world. Wasn't American politics inspired bu Nordic Socialism? How would the lack of it affect America? However what if Sweden sided with the Allies how might this turn out? Might Noway be liberated much earlier thanks to base to land right next to Norway? Might the fall of Norway weaken the Nazis and mean that they fall earlier? If it was the West who mainly used Sweden as a base might America be the one who march into Berlin instead of the Soviets? Perhaps meaning the Soviet Union does not take Germany? Might a smaller Soviet Union last longer, perhaps even until today? How would this affect the world? What you think?

The Soviet couldn't even defeat Finland, twice. Let alone go as far as Denmark through the rest of Scandinavia. Sweden is pretty save from the Soviets if they join the axis. Swedish army fihgting alongside Finns against the Soviets in the continuation war might help the Fins from loosing too much land(like Petsamo).

Not sure what good it would have done anyone since Sweden was worse off when it came to arms than Poland

As David T wrote public opinion was overwhelmingly in favour of neutrality. The only way I can see them entering the war is under pressure - either from one side forcing them to come in on their side or clumsily trying and driving them into the arms of the opposition.

Does this also include the Swedish planing of liberating Denmark.

Why would Sweden join the Axis? As have already been pointed out there was an overwhelming support for neutrality. And the breaches of neutrality were done between 1940-1943 while Germany could pressure Sweden into it. The one possibility is if the Rädda Danmark/Rädda Norge (operations Save Denmark/Save Norway) operations to liberate their neighbours came into being in 1945 and Sweden joined or became a co-belligerent of the Allies. But the biggest change might be either Swedish NATO membership or a Nordic defence alliance formed after the war.
