What if Spain, Turkey, INA and Mexico had together joined WW2 in about 1941?

What if the aforementioned countries had changed their minds after the fall of France and suddenky declared military support for the Axis .

Mexico could have titled towards the Axis under the right conditions.
INA is Indian National Army which aided the Japanese .

This isn't ASB.
Victory over a country like France can do wonders for popular support.

OK.

In short.

Spain collapses, because they dont have either grain or oil, and Germany doesnt have any spare. The British occupy various Spanish possessions, and raid their coastline when they feel like it.

Mexico doing the dumb thing throws the USA into the Allied camp - Zimmerman letter and all that - and then about a week later the Mexican government is overthrown after the 'Nazi Coup'. Advance the US rearmament by a year or so.

Turkey can't get anywhere or do anything without either a bunch of new railways, an amazing ability to do logistics or re-equppping their army from beyond the 1920s standard. Apart from spook the Soviets, of course.

And the INA is an irrelevance - Ghandi and Nehru have already accepted the post-dated cheque on the crashing bank. Also, who the heck arms this alleged army and how ?

Congratulations. This idiocy just brought the US into the war and screwed up Barbarossa.

It didn't change the minds of these governments about the desirability of joining the world war IOTL. If their minds have been so drastically changed ITTL, I think you would have to explain exactly why this change to the timeline took place, instead of just handwaving it.

(Incidentally, the Indian National Army was only created in 1942 out of Indian POWs captured by the Japanese. So it is right out of consideration.)
