What if Sophia of Hanover becomes Queen of Great Britain?

So I was reading about how the current Prince Charles is the second-oldest heir to the British throne ever. The first was Sophia of Hanover, cousin of King William III. Sophia was 83 when she died, and died just a couple of months before Queen Anne. Apparently she was in good health (especially for being 83 years old) up until the month that she died, and could have easily succeeded Anne.

So what if she does? What if she rules for a few years (3-5)? Does this change anything important, or does it just hit the record for oldest succession to a throne?

Would the brief rule of Sophia set any precedents which serve to bind her successors, and affect their options the way George I-s didn´t?

E. g. George I not knowing English meant his ministers had to meet without him as Cabinet. This precedent stuck so even when George II-s successors acceded who had learnt English, Cabinet kept meeting without King.
Queen Victoria refused to personally discuss pardons on the pretext that she was a woman - which Queen Anne hadn´t done - and delegated pardons to Home Secretary. And even when Edward VII was a man, he still left pardons to Home Secretary, rather than take up the powers William IV had had.

So any ATL precedents from Queen Sophia?
