What if Sony refused to collaborate with Dinsey?

What would have happened if Sony had ignored Marvel and rejected their collaboration on the Spider-Man Homecoming movie?

Lots of Ninetendo/Sega/Disney timelines here, but dude, it would be cool to see some sony ones.

It was in both of their interest to work together on the second reboot of the Spiderman movies.
The MCU was very successful for Disney and if Disney couldn't get the rights to make stand alone Spiderman movies then having Spiderman in the MCU movies was good enough to help bring more people in to the theaters.
For Sony the success of the MCU stood in contrast to the first Spiderman reboot which did not perform up to expectations and by having Spiderman in the MCU movies it helped in marketing the stand alone movies with little investment by Sony.

Edit to add: We probably would be on the third reboot right now as Sony doesn't want to give up the rights to make Spiderman movies and Disney doesn't want to pay the exorbitant price for the rights and in the end every few years another Spider-Man movie is made to less and less interest,
