What if Sanders and Paul Had Won Their Respective Nominations?

As it says on the tin, what if Sanders and Paul, against all odds (Sanders I know had a much better chance than Paul, but regardless, lets assume Trump doesn't run or he drops out after the first debate), win there respective nominations, and go at it in the general election?

What would be the main differences to OTL? Who do you think would have won such an election with Paul being more of a moderate, even Libertarian at times, with Sanders being a self declared Democratic Socialist?

(I do apologize if this is considered political, I just thought it would be an interesting matchup)

You probably wouldn't have the OTL dynamic where the Republican national security crowd flirted with the Democrat for a while, since they'd see Sanders as just as isolationist as Paul, even though that's probably not accurate. Other than that, Paul would be seriously vulnerable on trade, to the point where I suspect he'd either try to finesse and sidestep the issue, or else flipflop. Either way, it would be a sign of weakness he couldn't afford. For his part, Paul's main line against Sanders would be running against big government, but I don't know how receptive people would be to that, especially in the Rust Belt.
