What if Queen Elizabeth I mothers a bastard?

Mary was 38 when she got married, so it's not really all that surprising that she couldn't get pregnant. Elizabeth is only 25 when she becomes queen. A child seems much more plausible. And while Anne Boleyn did indeed have difficulties with her later pregnancies, her first pregnancy obviously produced a healthy child.

Not to mention that Elizabeth underwent an examination when she was being courted by the Duc d'Alençon, when she was about 48, that showed she was still fertile. And Elizabeth's maternal side was very fertile, look at the Howards and to a lesser extent her aunt Mary Boleyn. Chances are Elizabeth could have at least one child without complication.
