What If? Qajar restored following the Anglo Soviet Invasion

Context below.
The British were initially planing to place Hamid Mirza Qajar following the ousting of Reza Khan, however turned back as he was a British citizen who spoke no Farsi.
Nevertheless, it is also still possible, as the british might not really care and have made poor choices before.
Note that Reza Khan's reforms by this time were irreversible, and still have their effect today.
Iranians though having the Hijab enforced still mostly wear western attire, due to Reza Khan's very forced westernization.
My take is perhaps this out of touch Shah may not have much interest at all in governance and further constitutionalize Iran.
By the time Mohammed Hassan Mirza II would be crowned, who would probably be educated in Farsi this time, its likely not much power will be in his hands.
Thus, while the decision initially may seem crappy, the long term outcomes might be better?
Reza Mohammed Pahlavi's absolute control freak character and narcissism certainly didn't help.
Interestingly, Mossadegh might not face the same issues, given its unlikely Hamid Qajar will oppose his influence or see him as a rival to power he doesn't desire.
It's likely as a populist gesture Mirza will ease the leash on the Mullahs. More sophisticated issues like land reform may be held by more senior officials or occur when constitutionalization occurs.
