What if Poland lost the Polish-Soviet war?

If you didn't know, the soviets invaded Poland in February of 1919, right after the end of WW1. The poles managed to beat the soviets and expanded their eastern borders along with halting the Bolsheviks expansion into Europe until WW2 kicked off.
I have some ideas about what might've happened.

Bolsheviks start WW2 somewhere in the late 20s or early 30s and are beat back. Nazi party never gains significance or would be seen in a positive light for beating back the Reds.

one certainty they would not be regarded by UK and France as any counterweight to Germany and/or USSR, assuming they are within 1920 borders (height of Soviet advance.)

(and assuming they do not occupy the entire country, my understanding even in victory it was expected they would have withdrawn to Bug River?)

need to see hypothetical map, because the Soviets could even share a border with Czechoslovakia? and the loss of oil reserves make Poland much poorer.

if events follow somewhat historical timeline Poland likely a "big Slovakia" or puppet for Nazi regime or occupied as Czechia.

You could have better relations between the USSR and Germany early on to make this happen. This would allow for them to set up good trade agreements with each other (For example: Germany did have industry but needed raw resources, while the Soviets were the ones who had raw resources but desperately needed industrial goods for development), as well as help to secure their geopolitical position in Eastern Europe. If the Soviets can go as far as perhaps returning some of Germany's territory, such as the Polish Corridor, and call for a reduction of harsh terms, then it may also improve the image of the KPD, and while it might not be enough to turn Germany completely communist, it would most likely prevent the Nazis from taking power.

And if they do cause WW2 and ally, it will be much more than just Poland they'd take.

If the Poles are knocked out, their support for the Baltic countries is eliminated, too. So, possibly the Soviets gobble them up, too, ending up with controlling the entire territory of the former tsarist empire. I don't see why they would start anything like WW2 under these conditions. And they would never need a pact with Hitler, assuming Hitler still rises to power (which is possible but no automatism of course). Without a Molotov-Ribbentrop pact, Hitler could never be sure to be safe in the East and focus on the West first. So even if WW2 occurs, it's certainly going entirely different.
