What if Philip IV's older brother Louis had survived?

Philip IV of France became king in 1286 following his father's death in 1285 on the Aragonese crusade.

His older brother Louis had died in 1276, some suspected his step mother had poisoned him, though this was never conclusively proven. What if Louis did not die in 1276, and was around when Philip III died in 1285, what might be different? Would the centralisation of the French state have happened? Would the prosecution of the templars still have happened?
