what if: No great fire of london?

It'll catch fire sooner or later, the streets a an accident waiting to happen and fires had been hiting London every so often since time immemorial.

It depends when it does happen though. Later in the reign of Charles II and not much changes other than a few design differences in the new Wren churches. In the reign of James II it could be taken as a sign against the new Catholic King.

No, no, no... even if the fire is just delayed for a decade or so, this could prove to be a potentially very interesting timeline. Without the great fire, the Old St. Paul Cathedral remains. So sir Christopher Wren is never commissioned to design a new, grander cathedral in its place. No less than 50 other churches will not be constructed by him. Christopher Wren was a skilled mathematician and astronomer, sir Isaac Newton admired the man...

What happens if Christopher Wren is given some more time to stay out in Cambridge? Could he make Newton's discoveries a little earlier?

Didn't the big fire in 1665 (they blamed it on the Dutch.. gasp), clear out the rats that carried the fleas that spread the Plague? So no fire then might mean more epidemics.

That's not the case. While the streets of London post fire were (marginally) cleaner the plague had already run it's course and hadn't been in London for a while so no, fire isn't going to dramatically worsen the populated health.
