Its not really a problem with the rules, just that there are 2 forums for PODs, one for something before 1900 AD and one for something after 1900 AD. Of course that does beg the question of where one goes if the POD is in 1900 !

I'd put them in the After 1900 forum, personally: an 1899-1900 break seems neater than a 1900-1901 break.
