What If: Nazi Germany Successfuly Deports Jews To Palestine

The “Palestine Plan” (if such a thing ever existed) was an opportunity to exort cash from Jews in a position to escape. I’ve already linked the Haavara Agreement but it’s worth stating again it’s in no way a “Madagascar lite”.

The Madagascar Plan was a solution to the “Jewish Problem” as proposed when it looked like the Nazis would win the war. Then conquer the world. It relied on the French handing over their Madagascar colony and the Royal Navy or at least the Merchant Marine being impressed to the Nazi‘s cause to ship all the Jews to Madagascar. It was madness and would involve deaths on an industrial scale, but that was “unimportant”. There was no interest in setting up a “Jewish State” in any meaningful sense of the term, more a giant penal colony or slave labour camp.

The “Final Solution” was “Final” because all other options had been exhausted and it was becoming apparent the War may not be successful. Think on it. The Nazis began to realise they might be going down and planned to utilise manpower, resources, time and effort in murdering millions of people. Not winning the War, not finding a way to gain a stalemate peace, not even cutting their losses and trying for a status quo ante bellum, but instead industrial murder.
