What if Napoleon had not been defeated?

Welcome to the board.

I'm no expert on this, nor do I have any links currently at hand, so I'll let someone else provide an explanation/link to an explanation.

But don't be too annoyed if people have a go at you over this, it's just one of those things new people ask all the time.

That's depend a lot on the "how".

How did he was victorious in first place, which year, did he remained emperor or not, etc.

Can you give more details please?

It also depends on the "who". It is, after all, not certain if he is referring to Napoléon I or III in his original post :p

Depending on when, in the immediate years, yes. But Napoleon was playing with fire when he used nationalism, I could easily see nationalistic revolutions a la 1848 (minus the liberal tinges) under a Napoleonic Continent.

Nap III could easily seduce a country, by the way. I am in agreement with Todyo.

I meant through seducing the wives of politicians and female heads of state. Though I would like to see Louis putting the moves on Hungary.

Oolala, bab-ee, my moostache, eet is greasee sweet! :p

Europe might well be dominated by a French Empire, but it wouldn't *be* a French Empire entirely.

I agree with this. As a Nap Wars specialist, I must point out that there were many regions that were essentially independent that are put in the "French EMPIAH" on most maps, too.

Mmm... Nap Wars. Why does that sound like it should have something to do with Rugrats? :p

Most people would get turned off; everyone knows that Nappy III wore adult nappies due to fears and nightmares about running out of mustache wax.

Napoleon would have been defeated eventually. Why? Because he fought war for the sake of fighting war. He had one of the greatest statesmen in history on his side but still couldn't stay out of conflict.

Wait really?

Yes, that came directly from the Empress herself, in her autobiography Dummies, Diapers, Dimwits, and Foreign Bimbos or My Marriage to Emperor Napoleon III. That particular quote came from when she and Louis went on Dr. Phil. :D

Dr. Phil: "Eugenie, there's someone waiting in the back room right now. Nappy, would you come out?"

*Louis comes walks out accompanied by several Polish prostitutes and Eugenie drops a few f bombs*

Louis: "What's SHE doing here?!"

Who was also one of the greatest snake oil salesmen in history. ;) "S*** in a silk stocking," remember? He was essentially a monarchist usurper. Plus, most other countries refused to make peace with him because he was disturbing the old order.
