What if Morocco colonized Macaronesia?

What would happen if Morocco, instead of Spain and Portugal, colonized Macaronesia, which consists of the Canary Islands, Azores, Cape Verde, and Madeira? Will this lead Morocco in colonizing the Americas and beyond? What would be the fate of the Guanches of the Canaries now that the Moroccans are in charge?

When, and can they get there ahead of the Iberians? What would motivate them to start sailing out that far, since they didn't OTL?

As for the specific questions:

1. I am of the opinion that the fate of Guanches will meet or exceed every horror of their fate after Iberians came to conquer and enslave them, because Morocco was a remarkably active and hungry slaver state since the middle ages and until a very late era, and a nearby pagan population would be of high priority for the slave trade. Moroccans have all the Eurasian diseases, as well. The Guanches do not.
2. I am likewise of the opinion that provided you have something resembling a caravel, and a base in Madeira, you will eventually happen upon the Volta do Mar; if you frequently put in at the Canaries also, you will discover the Summer Easterlies. It is very hard to never accidentally drift out to America after that. But that's just my opinion.

We would have to go a bit further into a POD screwing the Iberians, or else there would really be much stopping them from taking these islands easier than hoe they took Ceuta and other coastal cities in Morocco.

¿Por que no los dos?

If the Almohads stay in power in Andalusia, the Moroccans are stronger and the Iberians weaker.

When are the Moroccans doing this, that's a pretty important question to ask on the influence. The results are obviously a lot different depending on if we have the Idrisids or Almohads or Marinids or even a Late Antiquity neo-Roman state in "Morocco" doing the colonisation.

That's a high likelihood if the Canaries are colonised by the Moroccans. But that would result in a very different Canaries than OTL, and probably one where Canarian languages (of which Guanche was one of them) are still spoken albeit higly endangered (some would be extinct).
