Although I think that the royal family was the least likely to race-mix.
Historically (before modern-day Liberalism), miscegenation was commited by soldiers who were desperately horny and raped some local girls.
There were some exceptions, like the Ottoman Sultans often had Greek or Slavic wives.

I don't know how would the Portuguese prince have a Congolese wife though... It would be certainly interesting :D
Or, the Portuguese princess having a Congolese husband :eek:
